The Tax Specialist is a newly created role supporting Prescott's finance transformation. This position is the operational backbone of the company's tax compliance and treasury functions — two areas that have historically rested entirely on one senior leader. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a multi-entity, high-accountability environment. You will work directly with the Divisional Controller and the CFO on time-sensitive deadlines — tax filings, banking transitions, and ERP implementation — from day one.
