Position Expectations:

• This is a newly created position and a key hire offering a growth path to Partner within two years!

• Review of business & individual income tax returns
• Preparation of high level federal & state business & individual income tax returns
• Manage client relationships
• Mentoring and technical training of associate and senior staff members
• Participate in the management team - sharing ideas and supporting the long-term strategic plan
• Business development and firm promotion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• CPA required
• 10+ years of public accounting tax compliance
• At least 3-5+ years of supervisory experience

• Understanding of tax codes & regulations
• Exceptional communication abilities & interpersonal attributes
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency with tax return technical reviews
• Ability to set & manage priorities and deadlines
• Maintains a positive attitude and constructive business relationships
