Work you'll do
As a Tax Delivery Consultant on the US Delivery Center - Transfer Pricing team, you will build analytical and consulting skills while supporting client work on complex economic and financial matters.
- Conduct industry and market research to assess factors affecting client operations and profitability.
- Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation and modeling support.
- Assist with benchmarking studies and analysis of financial statement data.
- Help prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other client materials.
- Manage multiple assignments while collaborating with team members across levels.
As a Tax Delivery Consultant on the US Delivery Center - International Tax team, you will support the preparation, review, and filing of U.S. international tax forms while working closely with tax professionals across the country.
- Prepare international tax calculations, including foreign tax credit computations
- Research U.S. international tax laws, filing requirements, and client-specific implications
- Develop recommendations based on tax research and analysis
- Identify process improvements related to data collection, data mapping, tax tools, and analytics
- Support engagement delivery, including coordination with client engagement leaders on execution, budgeting, billing, and team support

Professionals work closely with engagement teams across the organization while building technical capabilities and supporting complex client work with limited travel.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Mathematics or a technology related field
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- You must reside within a commutable distance of the Gilbert, AZ office with the ability to commute daily, if required. You can expect to co-locate on average 2-3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- The start date for this position will be in Summer 2027
Preferred:
- Coursework or experience in economics, finance, modeling, or empirical analysis
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Power Query, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Alteryx, or Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- Experience supporting tax, finance, or analytical projects
- Experience through an internship, summer position, or school job
