zTrip is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Taxi Dispatch Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. In this role, you’ll manage real‑time dispatch activity while delivering excellent customer service, serving as a vital point of connection between drivers, riders, and the operations team to ensure reliable and efficient taxi service.

What You’ll Do as a Taxi Dispatch Coordinator:
- Dispatch and coordinate taxi drivers based on demand, schedules, and availability
- Monitor active trips and proactively resolve service, routing, or customer concerns
- Communicate trip updates, route changes, and operational instructions clearly to drivers
- Assist customers by answering calls, addressing questions, and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and customer interaction notes
- Partner closely with operations and customer service teams to maintain service quality and efficiency
What You’ll Bring as a Taxi Dispatch Coordinator:
- Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, customer service, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced setting
- Familiarity with dispatch, scheduling, or fleet management systems (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
