The TC Senior Projects Administrator (HR) position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including supervisory or lead experience. Additional qualifying administrative experience, including supervisory experience, may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred candidates will have experience supporting or leading special projects within Human Resources or a public sector environment, as well as demonstrated experience in project coordination, process improvement, or organizational initiatives. A strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and policy development, is highly desirable. Experience working in high-growth or transformational environments, such as organizational transitions, system implementations, or large-scale hiring initiatives, is also preferred.
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and have familiarity with HRIS or project tracking tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects with competing priorities. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to assess data and recommend effective solutions. Leadership and influence are critical, as this role requires guiding initiatives and collaborating across departments. The candidate must communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A high level of confidentiality and sound judgment is required when handling sensitive information.
This role serves as a strategic partner within HR, supporting high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational priorities, and leads or supports cross-functional projects that influence workforce strategy, operations, and service delivery. Experience supporting HR policy development and Human Resources Information System implementation is preferred, and a PMP certification or formal project management training is considered a plus.
