Our team works at the intersection of process technology, automation, and data, helping shape how next‑generation memory devices are built worldwide.Responsibilities Identify overlay, CD uniformity, and patterning challenges and define automation or data science solutionsExecute and support automation projects in partnership with process development teamsCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve photo automation systemsDefine hardware and software requirements for lithography automation solutionsDocument and standardize automation methods across technologies and global sitesMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, or a lithography-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or MS/PhD plus 2 years of experienceHands‑on experience in photolithography, metrology, overlay, CDs, or photo patterningFamiliarity with fab operations and photo automation systemsStrong analytical skills, including statistics and data analysisEffective written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience in R&D or high‑volume manufacturing environmentsProficiency with DOE, data modeling, or advanced statistical techniquesDemonstrated ability to deliver production‑ready automation solutionsExperience leading or contributing to cross‑functional technical projectsStrong working relationships with equipment or software vendorsJob Profile(s) Semiconductor Process Engineer 3Relocation Level TBDBenefits Micron benefits are designed to help you stay well, provide peace of mind and help you prepare for the future.
