TDOT is in the process of restructuring the organization's operations and project development processes. TDOT expects the need for communication support, both internally and externally, to expand over the course of TDOT's restructure.
The purpose of this task order is for the consultant to provide outreach, engagement and internal and external communications/public relations services and support for transportation projects and initiatives during the environmental process and through all phases of construction, as requested.
Please refer to Section 7 of the SOW for detailed instructions on how to complete your proposal submission. The respondent must address all items and provide, in sequence, the information and documentation as required (referenced with the associated item references). Please ensure that both technical responses and cost proposals are submitted without error or omission of any requested response.

Candidate must be local. Nashville, TN and locations across TN, must be able to commute across the state as needed.
