Ability to lead an after school classroom at LCCPS. Have excellent organizational and communication skills. Exemplify genuine enthusiasm and excitement about working with children.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Included but not limited to:
Lead your class or section.
Facilitate check-in circle time.
Lead engaging activities that support learning and belonging, and that support the curriculum of LCCPS.
Assist students with their homework.
Record daily attendance and homework tracker.
Work collaboratively as a team
Participate in the planning program events.
Meet program requirements of 21st Century Learning Community Program
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm every school day, including 2 half days a months on Wednesdays with a start time of 11:15am
Previous experience working in an afterschool or camp setting with children grades K to 6 is preferred.
