Job Title: Teacher Aide (2026-27 school year) Status: Non-Exempt Job Type: Part-time 9 Mo/yr. Education: Minimum B.A. Schedule: Monday to Friday (Max. 29 hours) Location: K-12 Building Report to: Elementary Principal Background Check: Acceptable BCI and FBI report. Middletown Christian Schools is looking for a teacher aide who embraces our vision, mission, and core values. As a ministry of Grace Baptist Church, we are committed to providing a Christ-centered education grounded in a biblical worldview. A person serving in this role should be one who feels called to the ministry of Christian school education, have a personal relationship with God, maintain regular personal devotions and Bible study, and follow the leadership standards of Grace Baptist Church. The Teacher Aide supports classroom teachers through student supervision, classroom assistance, and administrative tasks while helping create a positive, Christ-centered learning environment. Spiritual Maturity: 1. Publicly profess a faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior 2. Actively engage in the life and ministry of a local church as a member 3. Pursue a life of spiritual development through regular study of scripture and prayer 4. Demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit as a byproduct of a growing faith 5.
