Kansasville Grade School is looking for an energetic, hard-working problem solver to fill a vast array of roles in our elementary school. This person must have a great personality and be wonderful with the students, parents, and staff. This position will include duties primarily as a teacher aide, working with students in Kindergarten and/or with special needs. Teacher aide duties will include working in small or large groups of children with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Assisting with classroom projects, daily schoolwork, and lunch and recess duties is also part of the position. All applicants must possess a strong desire to help the children and teachers excel. Work hours can be flexible depending on the applicant. Monday-Wednesday-Friday 8:00 am-3:45pm would be preferred, with the potential for some flexibility on Tuesdays and Thursdays if full-time is desired. This is currently a school year-only position. The district will pay for Life and Long-Term Disability insurance as well as the school portion of the Wisconsin Retirement System. Health and Dental insurance are available but not paid by the district.
