Teacher Aide-Bus Attendant (Elementary)

Syosset Central School District

Available for the 2026-2027 school year

The Syosset Central School District has an immediate vacancy for a Teacher Aide-Bus Attendant to support the instructional program at its Elementary Schools. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in providing instructional support, classroom organization and assisting in all tasks and behavior modifications
• Exhibit evidence in supporting staff in implementing specialized programs to meet individual student goals
• Ability to collaborate with a highly respected faculty and staff
• Experience working with Elementary students preferred
• Successful completion of bus aide training with the Nassau County Police department upon hire
