Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience or training in early childhood education.
• Certifications Requirements: Bilingual certification, as well as any state-mandated background checks or child safety certifications.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with children, with at least 2 years preferred.
• Other Requirements: Energetic personality, strong communication skills, ability to work 40 hours weekly, bilingual in Spanish, previous experience in a classroom setting, background check clearance, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage positively with young children and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with classroom activities and student engagement.
• Support the lead teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students, especially the kindergarten student at Bluff Springs.
• Help with instructional materials and classroom organization.
