Role Description The Teacher role at Vinehouse Nursery is a full-time, on-site position based in Alabaster, AL. The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering daily lessons and activities that foster early learning, creativity, and social development. Typical responsibilities include preparing classroom materials, guiding children through structured and play-based learning, monitoring developmental progress, and maintaining a clean and safe learning environment. The Teacher will communicate regularly with families and colleagues, document children’s progress, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions. This role requires consistent classroom presence, collaboration with other educators, and adherence to nursery policies and regulatory standards.
