St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Teacher Assistant to join our faith-filled early childhood education team. Responsibilities
Support the mission and Catholic values of St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center.
Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
Encourage positive social, emotional, and academic development.
Prepare classroom materials and learning centers.
Maintain open, professional communication with staff and families.
Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
CPR and First Aid
DCF 40 clock hours certification
Actively participate in classroom activities
Employment is conditional upon the successful fulfillment of a Level II Background Screening and Safe Environment Training.
