Teacher Assistants at Union Elementary work with all grade levels K-5 during WIN blocks to provide small group remediation and enrichment in the areas of Literacy and Math.
The Teacher Assistants use the countys math tutoring model in 2nd and 4th grade, so the applicant would need to pass the countys math assessment for tutors.
The candidate needs to be considered highly qualified according to federal guidelines.
Speaking Spanish is a plus.
