STEER LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team in Buckeye, AZ! Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance documentation
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Valid Arizona teaching certificate or license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior classroom teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain student engagement
• Passion for student success and a commitment to continuous professional growth
• Ability to pass a background check as required
