What you have:
- Must be 18 years of age (with HS diploma or equivalent preferred)
- Must have 1 year experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
- Successful background check and VA licensing standards required
What you will do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children
- Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
- Keep your classroom organized and clean
- Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities
- Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations
Compensation:
- The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

- Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
