Position Description:
Provide quality instruction aligned to state and federal requirements associated with Career & Technical Education in the FACS-related career fields. This position is within the Education Career Pathway. Possible courses include but are not limited to: Introduction to Urban Education, Technology for Educators, Multicultural Education, and/or Introduction to Special Education. Implement rigorous inquiry-based learning tasks to engage students in deep content of the welding industry. Utilize a variety of assessment strategies - diagnostic, formative and summative, to inform instructional decisions and increase student self-management of learning. Recent teaching or professional experience in Education Career Pathways preferred.
