Position: Elementary Teacher (Montessori School)


Our independent private Montessori school is seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Elementary Teacher. We are committed to fostering a learning environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, innovation, and leadership among our students. Our goal is to provide exceptional education and empower students to become compassionate, confident leaders.


The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications and responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized learning programs for students
• Prepare and maintain the Montessori environment
• Participate in staff meetings, parent functions, and conduct parent-teacher conferences
• Attend to any additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Experience with the Montessori philosophy of education is strongly preferred
• Passion for the Montessori approach to education, with ongoing personal development in this area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to align with and exemplify our school’s values
• Meet state education requirements
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• Additional school-specific requirements may apply
