Role Description This full-time Teacher role at Thrive Beyond Academy is an on-site position based in Fort Worth, TX. The Teacher will plan and deliver daily lessons aligned with curriculum standards, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs. Responsibilities include managing classroom activities, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular feedback to learners and families. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues on instructional strategies, participate in staff meetings and professional development, and help create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture. Additional duties may include supporting school events, contributing to curriculum improvement, and using educational technology to enhance learning.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience guiding learners in a classroom or similar instructional setting.

• Ability to design effective Lesson Planning that aligns with curriculum goals and addresses varied learning needs.
• \n
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• \n
• Experience in Training or coaching learners, including providing constructive feedback and support for skill development.
• \n
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; relevant teaching certification or licensure in Texas preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to create inclusive, respectful learning environments for students from diverse backgrounds.

• Organizational and classroom management skills, including time management and documentation of student progress.

• Comfort with using educational technology and learning management tools to support instruction and communication.
