As the Teacher Induction Regional Instructional Coach, you will drive the success of beginning teachers through individualized coaching, classroom observations, mentoring, and professional development designed to accelerate teacher effectiveness, retention, and improve instruction and student academic achievement. You will work directly with beginning teachers serving as teachers of record at Texas College Preparatory Academies (TCPA) and/or Premier High School (PHS) campuses, providing personalized, evidence-based support to increase educator effectiveness and long-term retention.
