Are you passionate about engaging students in learning? Butler Middle School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Middle School Teacher to join our innovative learning community!

This position involves teaching two sections of Science, two sections of Math, and two sections of keyboarding to Middle School students in a collaborative team environment. We''re looking for a dedicated educator who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong instructional foundation to the classroom.

Inquiry-Driven, sparking student curiosity through real-world math and science applications

Collaborative, thriving in a Professional Learning Community (PLC) focused on student growth

Tech-Savvy, leveraging 1:1 iPads to differentiate instruction and engage learners

Instructionally Strong, implementing Gradual Release of Responsibility and AVID strategies to support all students

STEM-Focused, with a love for exploring scientific phenomena and mathematical problem-solving

️ A Clear Communicator, able to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AVID, PBIS, and Gradual Release of Responsibility
• Strong use of educational technology for assessment and engagement
• Passion for middle school learners and team-based instruction
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices and equity in the classroom
