Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor.
- Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Inspire a love of learning.
- Implement our proprietary forward-thinking curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of childcare experience preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree in ECE or similar REQUIRED
