Position Summary

Burlington County Alternative School is seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will possess a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate and be Highly Qualified in English. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong instructional practices, deep content knowledge, and the ability to support diverse learners, including students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate (required)
• Highly Qualified in English (required)
• Special education certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge of English subject content and effective teaching strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills when working with students, families, and professional staff

Salary & Benefits

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the annual salary range for this position is: $64,064 ? $82,487
