High School Teacher of Students with Disabilities (existing vacancy)

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate in Subject Area Endorsement or Certificate of Eligibility.
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
• Thorough understanding of the pedagogy and best practices of education.
• The desire to teach high school students and the ability to adapt to their developmental status.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Duties:See attached job description.Effective Date:September 1, 2026, or as soon as filled.Salary:Ranging from $63,307 to $95,735 - based on experience and qualifications.Benefits:Medical, Prescription and Dental benefits offered per union guidelines effective date of hire. Position includes paid Sick, Personal, Bereavement and Critical Family Illness days. Deadline:November 1, 2026.
