Teacher, PreK3 (EX)(2026-2027)-Monsignor Slade, Glen Burnie MD

Essential Functions

• Provides grade-appropriate instructional programs for Early Childhood students that align with the school's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Develops lesson plans with clear objectives that are aligned with Archdiocesan standards.
• Observes and assesses student progress, maintains detailed records of student behavior and development, and communicates progress with parents.
• Communicates with parents in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
• Supports the mission of the school and the Catholic Church through instructional practices.

Position Qualifications

•  High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.  
• Successful completion of 6 semester hours, 90 clock hours, or the equivalent of approved preservice training, or possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in a child care center or school setting.  
• This position requires absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach.

Pay Range:  $19.00 - $21.00, Hourly
