About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Teacher's Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to teachers across our infant and toddler rooms and preschool program. You will "float" between classrooms as needed, assisting teachers with various tasks, ensuring a positive learning environment for all children.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist teachers with daily routines and lesson plans in various classrooms. 
• Cover for teachers during breaks and lunches.
• Provide individualized attention to students.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous childcare experience working with children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years old (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a high standard of care.
• Ability to pass a background check, abuse and neglect screening, and fingerprinting.
• Up-to-date immunizations
