SUMMARY
Provide quality instruction aligned to the state and national standards. Use a variety of assessment strategies - diagnostic, formative and summative, to inform instructional decisions and increase student self-management of learning. Rigorous inquiry-based learning tasks engage students in deep content of the discipline as well as the habits of scholarship. May be required to work as a member of the campus STEM team to ensure quality integrated instruction across disciplines.
Instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing curricula on the design process. Units will be hands-on, computer-based, and/or project-based.
Teach technology classes as assigned to including but not limited to non- vocational electronics, technical
media arts, woodworking technology and elementary technology education programming. We hope to partner with an organization that can provide coding curriculum. This teacher will be trained in MYP IB curriculum for Design.

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid Minnesota teaching license in Technology, proof of pending approved licensure OR the ability to obtain a variance special permissons on top of a valid MN teaching license.
