Job Description

The School District of Marshfield is seeking a passionate High School Technology Education (Tech Ed) Teacher who can help students develop skills in metals, welding, and other CTE course offerings that suit their interests, the interests of students, and the changing needs of the workforce.

The Marshfield School District is a comprehensive learning organization that prepares students to be college, career, and community ready by encouraging hands on learning and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor Degree & certification through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in Technology Education (1220) for grades 9-12.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree with the ability to teach Project Lead the Way, Advanced Placement, and/or Capstone courses.

Building Hours:

7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday during the school year

Essential Duties:

  • Teach technical content in classroom & lab/shop setting
  • Maintain tools, safety standards & equipment
  • Support CTE pathways & youth appreticeships

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications
