We are a hiring a caring, energetic, dependable, and creative Childcare Teacher to join our team! We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with children and wants to help them learn, grow, and feel safe and supported. The Childcare Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe and positive classroom environment for all groups, supervising children throughout the day, creating and following age-appropriate lesson plans, and planning fun and creative activities such as art, music, reading, science, sensory play, and hands-on learning. Teachers will help children develop social, emotional, physical, language, and educational skills while encouraging positive behavior, independence, and teamwork. Responsibilities also include assisting with daily routines such as meals, diapering, toileting, handwashing, and nap time as needed, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, communicating professionally with parents and guardians, working well with other teachers and staff, and following all center policies and childcare health and safety requirements. The ideal candidate must be patient, responsible, dependable, energetic, creative, and passionate about working with young children. Previous childcare or teaching experience is required. Candidates must also be willing to complete required trainings and maintain all required clearances and certifications.
