Teaching Assistant - Child Lab Program - 0.8 FTE - SY 26/27

Wellesley High School is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for the Child Lab preschool program. This unique position supports the developmental needs of 18 preschool-aged children while engaging with high school students participating in the program as a role model. The Teaching Assistant will collaborate with Child Lab teachers to maintain a playful, nurturing, and well-managed classroom environment. Responsibilities include supporting behavior management, assisting with developmentally appropriate activities, and helping to create a safe and organized learning space. The ideal candidate will bring experience in early childhood education, comfort with high school students, strong communication skills, and flexibility.
