Salary:Per Contract $19.10 - $24.92/hour based on experience & certification

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree preferred;
Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement preferred;
Experience working with students with and without disabilities;
Demonstrate the ability to assist in the inclusion and/or Special Education classroom;
Experience working with English Language Learners
Bilingual preferred
CPI training preferred
Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of building administration, Special Education teachers, and classroom teachers;
Assist small groups and/or individual students with progress toward academic, social-emotional, and/or behavioral goals within the classroom, with guidance provided by the teacher;
Communicate and collaborate with teachers;
Provide direct instruction in an inclusion classroom or small group setting;
Ability to modify curriculum;
Maintain confidential information;
Collect data on student performance as needed;
Assist students with daily living/self-help skills;
Attend and participate in training opportunities as directed; and
Perform supervisory duties, as assigned by school administration.
