Your Impact

As Second Shift Supervisor, you'll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently 2nd shifts, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation's rapid growth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
  • Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
  • Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
