Team Coordinator DC3 - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Title: Die Cast Team Coordinator Department: Die Cast Position Summary: The DC Coordinator oversees die casting production to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while providing support in troubleshooting, training, and process improvement. Scope of Responsibilities: Ensures efficient, safe die casting operations while supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, quality standards, and team training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Production Oversight; Machine Maintenance; Process Improvement; Safety Compliance o Monitor the die casting process to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality parts o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs o Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment o Able to multi-task o Troubleshooting skills o Effective communication o Effectively trains others o Able to complete work instructions o Ability to work any shift o Understanding of die casting processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations Education/Experience/Training (minimum required): o Die Cast and Overhead Crane experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate o Previous manufacturing environment experience with exposure to high temperatures, noise, and heavy machinery.
