Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and manage a team of Service Coordinators
Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members
Take ownership of team performance and daily operations
Help build and scale the team as the organization grows
Ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery
Make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
Foster a positive and productive team culture
