    What challenges can you expect?

    Location: Humboldt

    Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

    Are you a motivated leader with a passion for manufacturing and team development? Reinhausen Manufacturing is seeking a Team Lead to support our production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to quality and continuous improvement.

    What You'll Do

    As a Team Lead, you'll be the vital link between our Production Supervisor and the assembly team. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Delegating tasks and ensuring production schedules are met
    • Supporting quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
    • Training and onboarding new employees
    • Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions
    • Assisting with hiring, performance tracking, and employee development
    • Writing work instructions and production checklists
    • Acting as shift lead in the supervisor's absence

    What do we expect from you?

    What We're Looking For

    • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
    • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing (electronics/electrical/mechanical preferred)
    • Ability to read technical drawings and brochures
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience a plus
    • Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
    • Willingness to travel as needed
    • Ability to lift 35-50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
