Team Lead Bench Mechanic MRO (Aerospace Manufacturing) 1st Shift 6:30am-3pm

TAT Technologies Tulsa Site serves as the company"s center of excellence for heat transfer manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. The site supports commercial, regional, rotary-wing, and military aircraft customers worldwide, providing high quality solutions that enhance aircraft performance, reliability, and mission readiness.

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Bench Mechanic to support MRO operations and oversee daily operations and guide a team of Bench Mechanics. This a working leader position with a great opportunity growth.

Responsibilities

Bench Mechanic Team Lead responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• This position will support MRO Operations, specifically but not limited to Tubes/SS Fin/Military
• Perform on-site maintenance, inspections and repairs while directing your team on assignments
• Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form
• Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking
• Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances
• Manages material readiness, inventory and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling
• Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals
• Other duties as assigned to meet production demands
