    PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead all personnel and processes involved with door pick department.

    • Provide leadership, along with the Supervisor, in running the department safely and effectively.

    • Carry out instructions/directions of the Supervisor whether verbal or written.

    • Required to physically contribute to the daily work that is assigned by the area Supervisor.

    • Complying with quality standards and implementation of all local operational goals.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • One year of production experience or similar in manufacturing or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred

    • Must be thoroughly knowledgeable on parts and quality standards. 

    • One year of logistics exposure preferred but not required

    • Prior leadership experience is required

    • Knowledge of safe work practices

    • High School diploma or GED preferred

    • Ability to train others on safety, quality, performance, job responsibilities

    • Ability to read/write/communicate in English

    • Ability to lead/motivate/work in a team environment

    Shift: 1st Shift

    Job Type: Full Time

    Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour

    Bonus: One time sign on bonus of $500 that will be paid out 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.

    Hours: Range From Around 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime
