This position is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, packaging, production, logistics, or direct mail environments who enjoy leading teams while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.As a Team Lead Fulfillment, you will oversee Packers across multiple post-production lines, ensure quality and productivity standards are met, support employee development, and help deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time.At Pregis, we invest in our employees through hands-on training, development programs, and career advancement opportunities. Lead and support Packers across multiple post-production linesWork alongside the team to ensure continuous production and workflowProvide coaching, direction, and day-to-day support to team membersPromote a positive, team-oriented work environmentCoordinate employee rotations and breaksAssist with staffing and overtime planning alongside department leadershipCommunicate production priorities and performance expectations

Quality & Compliance

Ensure products meet customer specifications and Pregis quality standardsMonitor packaging operations for defects, inaccuracies, and non-conformancesInitiate hold procedures when quality concerns are identifiedPerform and document hourly quality inspectionsMaintain retain samples according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Train team members on quality procedures and inspection requirementsConduct quality audits to ensure compliance with established standardsPartner with Quality Inspectors and Operations teams to resolve quality issues

Inventory & Production Coordination

Verify correct materials and packaging components are available for each jobMaintain accuracy within SAP inventory systemsEnsure finished goods are properly identified and documentedMonitor production performance and workflow activityCommunicate key production updates during shift changeoversHelp identify material issues and communicate findings to Quality leadership

Safety & Continuous Improvement

Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirementsPerform routine 6S and workplace organization auditsSupport continuous improvement initiatives throughout the departmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPromote a safety-first culture and operational excellence mindset

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, packaging, production, direct mail, warehouse, or related operationsLeadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to motivate, coach, and support team membersExperience working with quality standards and SOPsStrong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBasic computer skills and production documentation experienceSpanish bilingual skills are a plus

Physical Requirements

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred3-5 years of manufacturing, fulfillment, packaging, production, warehouse, or related experience preferredTeam lead, supervisory, or leadership experience preferredExperience with quality systems and production processes preferredAbility to read measuring devices and perform basic mathematical calculations
