We are looking for a working Team Lead who can guide cleaning technicians on-site while ensuring jobs are completed to company standards.
The Team Lead is responsible for supporting cleaning technicians on job sites, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed within scheduled labor hours. This is a working leadership role, meaning you will clean alongside your team while also supervising job execution.
• Lead and support cleaning technicians on job sites
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to company standards
• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
• Spot-check work before leaving the job site
• Communicate with management regarding job progress or issues
• Help train and coach new technicians
• Maintain professionalism with clients at all times
• Previous cleaning experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside your team
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical work
