and leads the team to ensure satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee smoothie and food preparation; execute food and smoothie preparation
- Adhere to and demonstrate food safety standards
- Adhere to and model brand standards
- Trains and coaches crew members
Requirements:
- High school degree
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience in QSR, fast food, hospitality or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Works 2 or more closing shifts per week

Physical Requirements:
Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
Bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking,
refilling ice or taking out trash. Constant face-to-face interactions with
crew members and customers. Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.
