Earn what you're worth! Starting Pay reflects your skill and experience, with starting pay ranging from $23-27/hr, with additional shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift positions - and with performance reviews every 6 months, high performers will quickly earn premium wages.

What You'll Do

Support and lead our production teams in order to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma with technical or vocational training, or equivalent job experience
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
• Experience managing time and schedules
• Able to read and interpret blue prints
• 1+ years in a team lead role within a manufacturing company
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs

What Sets You Apart

• Associates Degree or higher
• 3+ years as a team lead in a low volume manufacturing company
• Formal leadership training
