The company has thrived as a family business through four generations and has grown to be a market leader and best in class innovator.Position SummaryOur Team Lead reports to the Operations Coach and is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality production and logistics operations during their assigned shift. This role drives performance through team leadership, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to PADNOS values and safety standards.Schedule

Monday- Friday, weekends as needed12:00pm- 9:00pm

Responsibilities

Champion and reinforce PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules to ensure a safe work environmentPartner with the Operations Coach to evaluate workflows and implement improvements that increase efficiency and productivityLead process improvements and apply effective problem-solving to address operational challengesCommunicate clearly on mission-critical information and escalate risks appropriatelyMaintain working knowledge of buying, switching, and inventory management to support operational continuityTrain, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and strengthen team performanceDrive results by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)Foster a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, fairness, and high performanceEnsure quality standards are consistently met across all operationsSupport yard operations, including operating heavy equipment, as needed

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs2+ years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting6+ months of experience operating heavy equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with technology and learning new systemsLeads by example and supports team developmentAble to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
