11:00 PM – 7:15 AMPay: $32.00/hourWhat You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Ensure efficient operation of injection molding machines and manufacturing processes.
• Train new team members and promote a positive, accountable work environment.
• Monitor production performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promote continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
• Set the example through strong leadership, communication, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For? Previous Team Lead or Production Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
? Hands-on injection molding experience is REQUIRED
? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
