We are seeking an experienced, reliable and self efficient janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, tracking and monitoring supply inventory etc. This account is an after hour accounts that must be cleaned Monday through Saturdays. This is a part time position that starts approximately 5PM nightly.




Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• must be available to work Monday through Friday

​Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 3 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail a must.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
