Pay: $20.00/hour
Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Lead, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service
Support daily operations including stocking, merchandising, and recovery
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized according to company standards
Assist customers with product location, recommendations, and basic project guidance
Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback and coaching
Help train new hires and reinforce company policies and procedures
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all store protocols
Step in to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to meet store goals
Support inventory management, including restocking and cycle counts
Previous retail or customer service experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising practices
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed
