As a Team Lead, you'll play a critical leadership role in supporting the Director of Operations while helping drive sales, coach partners, and deliver the luxury guest experience Soleil Tans is known for. This position is designed for experienced leaders who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program

What You'll Do:
Lead People
- Lead with Experience. Inspire Excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop partners.
- Hold partners accountable to company standards.
- Conduct daily coaching and performance conversations.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Lead shifts independently and confidently.
Drive Sales
- Lead by example using Soleil's proven sales process.
- Drive memberships, retail sales, and service upgrades.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and coach for improvement.
- Create a competitive, positive sales culture.
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
- Maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with opening, closing, and shift management.
Deliver Luxury Hospitality
- Deliver exceptional guest service in alignment with our brand promise: “Love your experience, or let us know, we will make it right.”
- Build strong rapport with guests, recommend memberships, services, and products tailored to their goals.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and upserved consistently.
- Resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain Soleil's luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, restaurant, or customer service.
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable making decisions and leading independently.
