Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Team Lead for the Manufacturing Production Operators for the Aeriel Drone industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team, and operating and monitoring precision machinery, assembling products, & quality checks for cutting-edge drones.

Will read and understand technical documentation in order to perform component assembly utilizing specialized hand tools, run test equipment, connect electrical components and ensure they are working correctly or identify problem electrical components. Start the first 30-60 days on the day-shift and then transition to the Swing Shift.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years paid professional experience in electronics assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year expereience as a team lead in manufacturing productin environments
• Experience reading / understanding technical documentation, including assembly instructions and diagrams.
• Soldering Experience for electronics assembly
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills
• Passion or interest in the Aerospace or Drone industry
