Team Lead - Operations Leader

Lenahan Chiropractic - South Amboy, NJ

We are building a leadership team.

Lenahan Chiropractic is a fast-growing corrective chiropractic office focused on helping people restore the structure and function of their bodies through advanced corrective chiropractic care.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a high-level Team Lead / Operations Leader to help strengthen systems, improve accountability, support team development, and help scale the organization into its next phase.

This is not an entry-level administrative role.

This is a leadership position for someone who:

  • thrives in accountability
  • enjoys solving problems
  • values operational excellence
  • communicates directly and professionally
  • embraces growth
  • and wants meaningful responsibility inside a growing organization.

The right person will work alongside our existing leadership team to help strengthen operations, reinforce culture, improve execution, and help create a practice capable of operating and growing at a high level with increasing operational independence.

Our Vision

Helping the people of our community live the way they were born to live - with bodies that heal, move, and function the way nature intended.

Our Mission

We develop leaders who transform lives through corrective chiropractic care, meaningful relationships, and a culture of growth, ownership, and impact.

Our Core Values

We Lead With Ownership

We take initiative, solve problems, and follow through. We lead ourselves first so we can elevate the team and the patient experience.

We Pursue Excellence

We believe excellence is built through consistency, preparation, and attention to detail. We take pride in delivering a premier experience at every level.

We Create Impact

Every conversation, adjustment, event, and interaction is an opportunity to change someone's life. We never lose sight of the difference we make.

We Grow Relentlessly

We are committed to continuous growth-personally, professionally, and financially. We embrace feedback, development, and new challenges.

We Deliver Results

We believe meaningful impact requires measurable results. We are committed to helping more people, creating exceptional patient experiences, growing the practice, and consistently moving the needle through focused action and accountability.

We Win as a Team

We communicate clearly, support one another, and hold each other to a high standard because great teams achieve more together.

Why This Role Exists

As our practice continues growing, we recognize that sustainable growth requires:

  • stronger systems
  • stronger accountability
  • clearer communication
  • operational consistency
  • and intentional culture protection.

This role exists to help bridge the gap between:

  • vision and execution
  • leadership and accountability
  • systems and consistency.

The Team Lead / Operations Leader will work directly alongside the Clinic Director and leadership team to:

  • improve operational flow
  • strengthen accountability systems
  • reinforce culture
  • support team development
  • oversee implementation
  • and help build a more self-sustaining organization.

The long-term goal is to create a practice capable of continuing to grow and operate successfully while reducing owner dependency and strengthening leadership throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead weekly accountability meetings
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance
  • Ensure tasks are delegated and completed on time
  • Help identify operational bottlenecks and create solutions
  • Reinforce Vision, Mission, and Core Values daily
  • Hold team members accountable professionally and consistently
  • Support a culture of ownership, growth, and results

Operations

  • Improve office systems and workflows
  • Ensure smooth schedule flow and operational consistency
  • Assist with SOP implementation and refinement
  • Monitor reporting systems and team follow-through
  • Help improve communication between departments

Team Development

  • Help guide and support team members when challenges arise
  • Improve positional clarity and accountability
  • Support leadership development throughout the practice
  • Create consistency and alignment across departments
  • Help strengthen overall team performance and growth

Growth & Scale

  • Help support continued practice growth
  • Strengthen accountability systems
  • Help improve operational efficiency
  • Help reduce owner administrative overload
  • Assist in building a scalable, systems-driven organization

Who Thrives Here

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • naturally takes ownership
  • enjoys solving problems
  • values accountability
  • communicates clearly and directly
  • thrives in high standards
  • embraces growth and feedback
  • enjoys leadership and operational improvement
  • wants meaningful responsibility
  • and is energized by helping build something exceptional.

Who Will Struggle Here

This role is NOT a fit for someone who:

  • avoids difficult conversations
  • dislikes accountability
  • struggles with follow-through
  • needs constant supervision
  • prefers comfort over growth
  • becomes overwhelmed by rapid growth or high standards
  • wants to "just do their job"
  • or lacks emotional resilience under pressure.

Compensation & Growth

Compensation:

  • Starting salary: approximately $68,000-$70,000/year depending on experience and leadership ability
  • PTO
  • Retirement benefits
  • Complimentary chiropractic care
  • Leadership and professional development opportunities

This position is designed for long-term growth and increasing responsibility within the organization.

As systems strengthen, leadership develops, accountability improves, and the practice continues growing, there will be significant opportunity for increased compensation and expanded leadership responsibility.

We are not simply looking for someone to manage tasks.

We are looking for someone who wants to help build the next phase of this organization.

To Apply

Please submit:

  1. Your resume
  2. A brief explanation of why this position resonates with you
  3. An example of a time you improved a system, led a team, or solved a difficult operational problem
