The Role:

 

Our Operations Team Leads are essential to the success of Fox Pest Control. This role blends leadership, communication, training, and operational oversight to ensure each assigned location runs efficiently and collaboratively.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader who serves as an ambassador of Fox’s culture and is eager to grow professionally within the organization.

Responsibilities:

A day in the life of a Customer Service Supervisor

 

As a Team Lead at Fox, you will:

  • Provide direct support to a team of 4–8 dispatch team members
  • Train and mentor dispatchers, addressing questions and concerns to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Help optimize technician routing and customer scheduling to drive efficiency and branch profitability
  • Support the Branch Operations Manager through training, feedback, and one-on-one coaching
  • Assume select leadership and management responsibilities to support overall branch performance

This role requires adaptability, organization, and a passion for developing people while keeping operations running smoothly.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred
  •  
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred

  • Experience with computer database systems or software
  •  
  • Ability to quickly learn Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency
  •  
  • Strong adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced or high-stress situations
